Measurements are approximate
We reserve the right to update product features without prior notice

3. Pricing & GST

All prices shown are exclusive of GST (18%)
GST will be added during checkout as per Indian government regulations
Prices may change at any time without notice

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject any order
Cancel an order if payment is not received
Cancel an order due to stock issues, system error, or defective product

Customer cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping policy:

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners
Delivery time varies by location
Delays due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility

A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

All returns and refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy page.

Returns accepted only for damaged/defective/wrong product
Must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing video
Replacement is provided after inspection
Refund only if replacement is not possible

7. Warranty

SmartCharge Dock includes:

✔ 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects

Warranty does NOT cover:

Water damage
Physical damage
Damage caused by improper adapter
Fault due to misuse or incorrect handling

Warranty claims must follow the “Warranty Policy” on our website.

8. Use of Our Product

By purchasing SmartCharge Dock, you agree that:

You will use the product only for its intended purpose
You will follow the operating instructions provided in the user manual
We are not responsible for any external electrical surge, wrong charger usage, or unsafe environment causing damage

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any direct or indirect damage caused by misuse
Loss of data, phone damage, or battery issues due to third-party chargers
Delayed delivery caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances

Our liability is limited strictly to the product sale value.

10. Intellectual Property

SmartCharge Dock® name, logo, branding, images, and product design are owned by Tech Automation & Process Controls.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. User Account & Customer Login

Shopify automatically provides a secure login system.
You must provide accurate and updated details for:

Order tracking
Communication
Delivery
Warranty & service

Any misuse of the login system may result in account deletion.

12. Payment Terms

We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets).
You agree that:

Your payment information is accurate
Chargebacks without genuine reason may result in account suspension
Fraudulent transactions will be reported to cyber authorities

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by:

Indian Contract Act, 1872

Consumer Protection Act, 2019

GST Act and Indian e-commerce rules

Any legal disputes fall under Mehsana, Gujarat jurisdiction.
