Thank you for choosing SmartCharge Dock®, a product by Tech Automation & Process Controls.
We want you to have a smooth and worry-free experience.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Product received in damaged or defective condition

If your SmartCharge Dock arrives broken, physically damaged, or not working, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

✔ Wrong product delivered

In case you receive a different or incorrect product, we will replace it.

❌ We do NOT accept returns for the following

  • Change of mind
  • Product damaged due to misuse
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Electrical damage caused by incorrect usage or external surge

2. Return Window

You must report the issue within:

⏰ 48 hours from the time of delivery
via WhatsApp or Email with unboxing video.

3. Mandatory Requirement for Return Approval

To approve a return/replacement, you must send:

  • Unboxing video recorded from the beginning, without cuts
  • Clear pictures of the product issue
  • Order ID and Registered Mobile No.

This is required to avoid misuse of return policy.

4. Replacement Policy

Once your claim is verified, we will:

  • Arrange reverse pickup (if serviceable)
    or
  • Ask you to courier the product to our service address

After we receive the product and inspect it, we will ship a free replacement unit.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if replacement is not possible, such as:

  • Product out of stock
  • Courier not serviceable
  • Manufacturing discontinued

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipping)

You may cancel your order only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Warranty

SmartCharge Dock includes:

✔ 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects
Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from incorrect charging adapter
  • Mishandling
  • Physical damage
  • Water or heat exposure
